When approached by Steven at SDS, he produced a brief for a home that he and his team had just recently completed and wanted to create a “Grand Designs” style video to display on their website. The house had many different unique features that they wanted to display in the video, like the spacious open plan kitchen and the particular western cedar cladding on the front of the home. The finished film portrays the feel of the house and allows the viewer to see the care and attention to detail that the team at SDS put into each of their projects.

As a property developer, GMG knew that showcasing their impressive new builds using video content would help to get more reach on potential customers looking into their properties. Working closely with a local drone professional, and ensuring all site and safety regulations were adhered too, we were able to capture some stunning shots of the homes and their surroundings. The finished videos were published on GMGs website and Social media outlets, giving potential new homeowners the possibility to see these new homes without even leaving their own!
